FATIGUE TESTING SERVICES

Over 120 fatigue test frames, multiple shifts, and a uniquely flexible operation allow the MAR-TEST laboratories to efficiently process test programs of any size.  Our range of equipment capacities enables testing from very low forces to over 50,000 pounds and allows for testing of a multiplicity of test sample designs, components and devices.  Testing can be performed in air and environments at temperatures from -320°F to over 2200°F.

Monotonic, fatigue, torsion, multi-axial – whatever your mechanical testing needs may be – MAR-TEST has the capacity and capability to deliver quality results. With over 100 servo-hydraulic test frames, your test program is typically started the day it is received. Third party accreditation to the requirements of ISO 17025 ensures universal acceptance of the data generated. Our experienced technical staff can assist you with developing test protocols and designing test fixtures. Our manufacturing facility can quickly fabricate the test jigs and fixtures required to expeditiously complete your test program.

TEST SAMPLE AND FIXTURE MANUFACTURE

 

MAR-TEST’s manufacturing division specializes in the preparation of mechanical test samples with particular expertise in low stress grinding and polishing of fatigue specimens. Materials machined include aluminum alloys, steels, titanium, superalloys, and composites. Test grips and fixtures are also routinely manufactured.
