MAR-TEST, Inc., was
established in 1970 as an independent mechanical testing laboratory with
particular expertise in elevated temperature, low-cycle fatigue testing.
Continual expansion of facilities and capabilities has enabled MAR-TEST to
maintain its position as the premier fatigue testing facility in the world.
In addition to fatigue testing, MAR-TEST offers mechanical testing services
including tension and compression, torsion, fracture mechanics, stress and
creep rupture. Specimen and fixture fabrication are expedited by the
Company’s world renowned specimen machining facility.
In late 2005, MAR-TEST
opened a new laboratory in Stuart, Florida to better service its growing
customer base in the southeast. This facility performs mechanical testing
services that provide the perfect complement to the services offered by the
Cincinnati laboratory.
All of our facilities
maintain third party accreditation to the requirements of ISO 17025. In
addition, the Company is accredited by all major aircraft engine and power
turbine manufacturers, and major medical device manufacturers.
